At Happy Etchings, every item is thoughtfully handcrafted and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue due to our workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly review the issue and, if applicable, provide an exchange or replacement.

To help us resolve your concern as quickly as possible, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
